Our continuous and autoclave curing capabilities, coupled with large extrusion heads allow us to make custom parts from tiny O-Ring material all the way to large 12” x 12” extrusions. We specialize in EPDM, SBR, TPE/TPR, Neoprene, and Nitrile. In-House tooling operations allow quick turnarounds for tooling on custom shapes and sizes.
Whether you’re looking for small injection-molded grommets or large rubber-to-metal components, we have your molded rubber needs covered. Compression, injection, and transfer machinery put us in a position to make any component up to 36” in length and width. Producing a high volume of EPDM and TPE/TPR components puts us in a very competitive position with those two materials. We also specialize in nitrile, SBR, Butyl, and Neoprene molded rubber.
Continuous cure or steam cure extrusions of many compounds and sizes
With our partner companies, we’ve formed great leverage and buying power in plastics. If you’re looking for custom plastic extrusions, use our buying power to save you money. Precision laser measuring equipment and access to lab testing means we’ll meet the specifications every time.
With our in-house CNC operation, we’ve saved customers as much as 50% in costs over the competition. We stock plenty of HDPE and UHMWPE for our internal needs, so we offer quick turnarounds on those materials, often less than a week.
We also sell machine time, so you can provide the material and we will fabricate at the lowest machine time rate in the US.Our certified welders work to make our steel leveling ties for streetcar systems. We are experts and would gladly take on custom welding projects and offer an extremely competitive rate.
We use cold rolling to form channels for our t-strip system. There is approximately 50% capacity available on our cold roll line for custom work and we’d love to help.
